Many schemes still exist with lenders where you simply do not need to declare an income and none is asked for. These schemes are still very popular amongst the self -employed or applicants who derive income from more than one source or where income is simply not constant e.g. consultant, I.T. industry, contract workers, overseas contracts etc.
Again these no proof of income products can easily be explained by our mortgage consultants.
